We’re so sorry your order hasn’t been delivered yet. We do everything we can to make sure you receive your MYRIAD purchase as quickly as possible, and each order comes with a tracking number. If you head to your account, you’ll be able to find this number and track it through our courier services. Otherwise, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll sort this out as soon as we can.
We are a young company and this helps us significantly in helping you get your MYRIAD as quickly as possible, so thanks for your understanding in advance. We’re grateful for your patience (it’s worth the wait!) We usually get your order to you within 14 working days. Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information to help you follow your package right to your door step.If in an unlikely event, it will take longer, we will inform you of the same.
All orders ship from India. Any import duties and taxes are charged when the parcel reaches the destination country, must be paid by the recipient. We cannot estimate the value of duties and have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have questions related to custom charges please contact your local customs office.
For all domestic orders (within India) taxes, duties and GST have already been included in the product price.
You’ve got 14 days to return your order, but please note, the item should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

Please make sure you have the following information on the email –
- Order Number / Registered E-mail Id
- Product Name
- Reason for returns
- Bank Account Details (if you want the refund in your bank account)
Once you receive a reply from Myriad, please re-pack the items to be returned with all original packaging & tags that they were shipped with to the following address –

- The products have to be unused and the tags have to be secure on the product along with original packaging. Any sign of usage will give us the right to refuse return. If you have removed the tags but not used the product, please contact customer service -+919920115462 and we will see if anything can be done to help you out.
- Please try clothing articles with the tags on to check sizes. If you are happy with the product you can remove the tags and direct yourself to the gym in Myriad.
- Sale of all discounted items are FINAL. No returns will be accepted.
Once we receive an item, we need 7 days to conduct a quality check. Post a quality check, the refund amount will be credited back to your bank account. A bank refund usually takes about 4 weeks.
